By creating an AgrroAI account or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must provide accurate details and protect your password or verification codes from others. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

AgrroAI generates crop advisory from satellite imagery, weather models and agronomic data. This information is guidance, not a guarantee. Satellite data can be affected by cloud cover, sensor availability and model error. Always combine our advisory with your own field observation and local expertise before making irrigation, spraying, fertiliser or harvesting decisions.

You keep ownership of the farm boundaries, photos and details you add. You grant us the licence needed to process that data to deliver the service, including sharing farm boundaries with our satellite data provider. See our Privacy Policy.

Some advisory features require a paid subscription per farm. During a promotional free period, announced in the app, all features are available at no cost and nothing is charged.

When paid subscriptions are active, purchases made in the Android app are processed by Google Play and are governed by Google Play's terms; purchases made on our website are processed by our payment provider. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. A subscription applies to the specific farm you purchased it for, for the stated number of months.

Purchases made through Google Play follow Google Play's refund policy; you can request a refund through your Google Play account. For purchases made on our website, contact support@agrroai.com within 7 days of purchase. If a technical fault on our side prevented you from receiving advisory for a farm you paid for, we will extend your access or refund the affected period.

You agree not to resell or redistribute our advisory data, attempt to access other users' accounts, reverse-engineer the app, scrape our APIs, or upload unlawful or harmful content. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

We aim to keep AgrroAI available at all times, but the service depends on third-party satellite and weather providers. We may pause features for maintenance. We will not be liable for interruptions outside our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgrroAI is not liable for crop loss, yield shortfall, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from decisions you make using the advisory. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You may delete your account at any time from Profile in the app or from our account deletion page. We may close an account that violates these terms.

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction.
