Delete your AgrroAI account

• Your name, mobile number and email address.
• Every farm you created — boundary, crop details and advisory history.
• Crop photos you uploaded for image advisory.
• Your notifications, referral code and referral links.
• Your sign-in credentials — the account can no longer be used.

Anonymised payment records (amount, date and transaction reference, with no personal details attached) are retained for up to 8 years because Indian tax and accounting law requires it. Nothing in those records can be used to identify you.

1. Open the AgrroAI app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile (bottom navigation).
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
4. Type your email address to confirm, then tap Delete permanently.

You don't have to delete your whole account to remove one farm. Each farm can be deleted individually while keeping your account, profile and other farms untouched:

1. Open the AgrroAI app and sign in.
2. Go to Farms (bottom navigation).
3. On the farm you want to remove, tap the delete (trash) icon.
4. Type the farm's name to confirm, then tap Delete.

This immediately and permanently deletes that farm's boundary, crop details and advisory history from AgrroAI and from our satellite-data provider. Your account, profile, sign-in credentials, other farms and payment records are kept.

Email support@agrroai.comfrom the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 7 working days.
